At our school, we follow the guidance from Red Kite Learning Trust and North Yorkshire Council when we receive requests for leave of absence during term time.

If you wish to take your children out of school on a normal school day, please print and complete the form below, then send it into school with your child. A paper copy can also be collected from the school office.
